摘要
网络课程的质量是网络教育质量的第一生命线,网络课程质量的评价既要符合网络教育现阶段的发展规律,又要体现网络教学的理念、特征和方法。本文阐述了我国2007年网络精品课程评审指标体系内容,并从评价体系的开发、指标结构和指标使用等方面与美国密歇根虚拟大学(MVU)优质在线课程标准评价体系进行对比分析。
The quality of web-based course depends on that of distance education. Meanwhile, the evaluations . on web- based course should be accordance with the development of distance education nowadays; also it should reflect the goal, characteristics and methods of distance education. The paper relates the content of standards and assessment system of high- quality online courses, and compares with that of online courses in MVU from the meaning, the structure and the use.
