摘要 从源头消减化学工业高速发展带来的事故风险,离不开化工过程本质安全化设计的理论和方法.化工过程本质安全化设计将安全性能作为过程设计的目标和出发点,并将本质安全特性融入过程属性,以获得风险最小化的途径和方案.本文阐述了化工过程本质安全化设计的策略和思路,在借鉴国外相关化工过程本质安全化设计理论及评价方法的基础上,提出了本质安全化设计指数体系和化工过程本质安全化设计流程,并以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为例分析,结果能较好的评价化工过程的本质安全化设计方案. Theory and method of inherently safer chemical process design is of great importance to eliminating or reducing hazards at source in chemical process. Safety property is the aiming point of inherently safer chemical process design, which considers safety property into process attributes to find a path of minimum risk. Idea and strategy of inherently safer chemical process design are described systematically in the paper. On the base of existing theory and assessment methods of inherently safer design, an improved index system and design process are presented. In addition, different MMA processes are analyzed in the paper, and the results show that the index system can well assess inherently safer chemical process design.
