为了提高房屋的质量,从材料特征、施工、地基不均匀沉降、环境温度、设计等方面分析了多层砌体房屋墙体裂缝产生的原因,并提出了预防及减少裂缝的主要措施,以供参考借鉴。

To increase the quality of house, it analyses the reasons of the crack generation of multi layer bricking-up house from the material characters, construction, the tm-tmiform settlement, the environment temperature and the design, and puts forward the main steps of preventing and decreasing the crack, to supply reference.
