针刺对大鼠局灶性脑缺血后脑电变化的影响

EFFECTS OF ELECTROPUNCTURE ON EEG OF LOEAL CEREBRAL INCHEMIA NEURONS IN RATS

应用热凝法阻断大鼠一侧大脑中动脉形成局灶性脑缺血模型，应用反映脑缺血、缺氧及脑功能的灵敏的脑电图为指标，观察电针督脉“大椎”、“百会”穴对大鼠局灶性脑缺血前、后脑电的影响，探讨针刺对局灶性脑缺血后神经元损伤的保护作用。结果表明：在轻度麻醉下，正常大鼠两侧额顶区脑电图基本是对称的，幅值、频率和波形基本相等、相似。用热凝法阻断一侧大脑中动脉后，损伤侧脑电较阻断前和对侧健侧相比，脑电幅值明显下降，为原水平３０％～５０％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。在１５例中，Ⅱ级抑制者６例，Ⅲ级抑制者９例，频率略减慢，两侧频率差＞１．５次／ｓ，波形出现手套样式棘慢波，调幅差。电针督脉“大椎”、“百会”穴，分别在阻断后１０、６０、１２０、２４０ｍｉｎ时程与电针前脑电幅值相比，脑电幅值增加，抑制明显减弱，频率略有增加，原缺血引起的棘慢波减少，调幅改善，出现节律规则的梭形波。随着阻断时间延长，电针对脑电幅值增加也增加，部分大鼠在阻断２４、４８ｈ的脑电幅值变化由Ⅲ级抑制变为Ⅱ级抑制，Ⅱ级抑制变为接近正常。说明电针对局灶性脑缺血后神经元损伤有保护作用，进一步从实验论证了针刺对临床缺血性脑梗塞的疗效。

This paper adopted the method of heat solidification to obstruct the arteriae cerebri media on one side of rats to set the model of local cerebral ischemia,applied the EEG which showed acutely the cerebral ischemia,deficit oxygen,cerebral function as the index,and observed the effection on EEG before and after local cerebral ischemia of rats given by electropuncture on “Da zhui”,“Bai Hui”points on Du channel to explore the protective effection on nurons after local cerebral ischemia by acupuncture.The result showed that:Under light anesthesia,the EEG on the two sides of frontal and parietal bone field of rats were symmetry,and the range,frequency and wave shape mainly similar or equal.After obstructing the arteriae cerebri media one side,the EEG raege of injury side reduced to the thirty to fifty percent of the original compared with the normal side,in fifteen cases,Ⅱ range inhibition six cases,Ⅲ range inhibition nine cases,the frequency reducing a little,the frequency difference of two sides being more than one point five times per second,the wave shaqe occuring thron like slow wave like glove,amplitude modulation being bad,and showed obvious difference in statistics(P<0.01).By giving electropuncture on “Da Zhui”,“Bai hui”points,tenth minute,first,sceond,fourth hour after obstructing,the inhibition reduced obviously;the frequency increased a little;the thron like slow wave reduced;amplitude modulation improved;the regular thythm ahuttle like wave occured.Along with the time prolonging,the EEG amplitude increased elecacupuncture,in some rats,the EEG amplitude changed from Ⅲ range inhibition to Ⅱ range inhibition,Ⅱrange inhibition to the almost normal.All this showed that elecacupucture had the protective effection on the nuron injury caused by local cerebral ischemia,and proved that acupuncture was curative on clinic ischemia cerebral infarction further.
