摘要
以新疆兵团十二师办公大楼工程施工为例,总结了施工项目协调的特点,分析了目前项目协调工作中存在的问题,并将和谐管理理念引入项目管理中,提出了搞好项目协调工作的对策,以供参考借鉴。
Setting the construction of Xinjiang corps No. 12 division office building project as example, it sums up the characters of construction program coordination, analyses the problems existing in the program coordination at present, and leads the conception of harmony management into the program management, and puts forward the countermeasure of doing well the program coordination, to supply reference.
