摘要
分析了代建制的优势和高校基建的特点,提出了现阶段在高校推行代建制存在的问题以及解决问题的方法,并指出了在代建制环境下探索一条既能发挥高校现有优势,具有高校自身特色,又行之有效的管理模式的思路。
The paper analyses the advantages of the agent-construction system and the characteristics of the college capital construction projects.
