肿瘤始动的根基-肿瘤干细胞
摘要
肿瘤干细胞在肿瘤组织中存在的数量极少，但为肿瘤发生、发展所必需，并具有不断的自我更新和无限的分化潜能。但由于在肿瘤组织中数量极少而且缺乏特异的分子标志而难以捕捉。最近R．Dulbecco研究报道，乳腺癌干细胞LA7的特性，注射单个LA7细胞即可使免疫缺陷鼠生成乳腺癌，该细胞在体外三维培养中，能分化成与正常乳腺结构和功能类似的导管和腺泡。
