摘要
分析了协商及民主的概念,着重论述其在构建和谐社会中的作用,指出协商民主是我国构建和谐社会的重要政治选择。要培养公民的协商意识,建立和完善民主协商的机制以及培育公民社会,拓展协商民主的社会生存空间,来发展协商民主,构建和谐社会。
The concept of consultation democracy is analyzed. The function of it in constructing the harmonious society is described emphatically. It is pointed out that the awareness of consultation of citizen should be enhanced, the mechanism of democratic consultations should be established and improved, the civil society should be cultivated, and the social space of consultation democracy should be expanded, to achieve the purpose of developing consultation democracy and building the harmonious society.
