摘要
分析了我国二元经济结构转化中所存在的土地制度、户籍制度、要素市场化、劳动力素质等方面的障碍,指出应着力改善阻碍农业剩余劳动力转移的因素,以利于消除二元经济结构。
The barriers to dual economic structure transition in China are analyzed, such as land system, household register system, the lag of marketization, and labor quality, etc. It is advanced that the factors which limit the countryside surplus labor force flowing must be improved greatly to eliminate the dual economic structure.
