员工工作家庭冲突研究综述 被引量:1

摘要 工作家庭冲突是个体工作角色和家庭角色不可调和的产物,它的存在将会给组织和个人带来严重的影响。文章按照以往学者研究的重点,分别从工作家庭冲突的概念、前因和结果变量以及冲突的干预策略三个方面着手,详细地回顾了该领域现有的研究成果,并在文章的最后就以往研究中存在的不足和未来研究的方向进行了简要的概括。
