深圳市某酒店客房层空调系统竣工验收卫生学评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的对该酒店客房空调系统竣工时卫生状况进行卫生学评价,预防和控制可能出现的健康危害因素。方法采用现场卫生学调查空调系统布局及卫生设施设置情况,并按抽样比例随机抽取2套空调系统检测理化与微生物指标。结果客房层共13套空调系统均未安装空气净化消毒装置;2套空调系统的冷却水、冷凝水均未检出嗜肺军团菌,新风量、空调送风、风管内表面卫生指标中,除1套空调系统的空调送风可吸入颗粒物(PM10)均值超标(0.14 mg/m3)、1套空调系统新风总管内表面真菌总数均值超标(143 cfu/cm2)外,其余卫生指标的检测均值均合格。结论该酒店客房层空调系统风管内表面真菌污染严重,须加强管理。空调系统经清洗消毒、检测评价合格后方可运行。 Objective To conduct hygienic evaluation on the hotelg air conditioning system after completion, to prevent and control health risk factors which may probably occur. Methods The overall arrangements and sanitary facilities of the air conditioning system were surveyed by the methods of field hygienic investigation. Two sets of air conditioning systems were selected by random sampling according to the sample ratio and tested for their physicochemical and microbiological in- dex. Results None of the 13 sets of air conditioning systems on the guest room floors were installed with air purifying and disinfecting devices. Legionella pneumophila wasnt found in the cooling water and condensation water from the 2 sets of air conditioning systems which were selected. The average value of respirable particulate matter( PMI0 )from the supply air in one set of air conditioning system exceeded national standard(0. 14 mg/m3) , and the total epiphyte count from the inner surface of the main pipe for fresh air exceeded national standard ( 143 cfu/cm2 ), the average value of fresh air volume, wind delivery from air conditioner and the inner surface of blast pipe were all qualified. Conclusion The inner surfaces of the blast pipes of air conditioning system on the guest room floors of the hotel are badly contaminated by epiphyte. The air conditioning system should be cleaned and sterilized before use.
