吉林省西部地区华支睾吸虫病人群感染现状调查

Investigation on the Infection of Clonorchis Sinensis Disease in Western Regions of Jilin Province

目的了解吉林省西部地区华支睾吸虫病流行现状,为制定防治规划提供参考依据。方法按流行程度和地形地貌两特征整群随机抽样。采用改良加藤厚涂片法(Kato-Katz)检查华支睾吸虫的感染者。结果本次共抽样调查2个县市的3个乡镇计491人,阳性率为48.27%。结论吉林省西部流行区华支睾吸虫人群感染率较10年前显著升高。

Objective To know the status of Clonorchis sinensis disease in the western of Jilin province ,and make the reference for the program of prevention and treatment. Methods Cluster random sampling was cart d out based on the two characteristics of popular degree and topography. The eggs of Clonorchis sinensis were examined by Kato - Katz. Results 491 people from 3 towns were investigated. The positive rate of Clonorchis sinensis of people was 48.27%. Conclusion The infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis in western regions of Jilin province shows more higher than that of 10 years ago.
