云南省高校体育教师职后教育的现状调查

Status quo of college P.E. teachers' education in service in Yunnan province

运用访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,对云南省高校体育教师职后教育现状进行调查研究,结论表明:制约云南省高校体育教师进行职后教育的因素有个人可支配的时间少、经费缺乏、领导不重视、职后教育制度不完善、职后教育形式僵化等,并提出了对策。

With adoption of interview, questionnaire,and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the status quo of college P.E. teachers＇ education in service in Yunnan province. It showed that factors limiting the teachers＇ education in service came from the fact that they did not have enough time or funds, the school leaders were not supportive of their education,the educational system was not perfect and the educational form was not flexible.
