应用文献资料法、演绎推理法、综合分析等方法,对田径部分跑、跳跃、投掷项目技术动作进行分析,应用运动生理学知识,阐述头部位置变化这一反射机制对田径技术动作的影响,为田径技术教学和训练提供有益的参考。

With the research methods of literature study, induction and analysis, this paper analyses the running, leaping and casting of the track and field. It also expatiates on the influence of ,state reflection law on the track and field movements.
