摘要
目的:评价手术治疗开放性跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2001年3月至2006年6月23例27足开放性跟骨关节内骨折进行手术切开复位内固定治疗的临床资料。结果:平均随访18个月,按Kerr跟骨骨折评分系统评估术后功能,优8例,良13例,差6例,优良率为78%。结论:积极处理软组织损伤,精确复位,合适内固定,是手术治疗开放性跟骨关节内骨折获得满意疗效的关键。
Objective： To evaluate the treating effect of open intra-articular calcaneal fracture by open reduction and internal fixation. Methods： Clinical data of 23 cases 27 feet of open intra-articular calcaneal fracture treated by open reduction and internal fixation were analyzed retrospectively from Mar 2001 to Jul 2006. Results： All of cases were followed up for average 18 months. The foot function after operation was evaluated by the Kerr calcaneal fracture score system,excellent results occurred in 8 feet,good in 13,the rate of excellent and good clinical results was 78%. Conclusion： The key factors of achieving satisfied clinical effect are the active treatment of soft tissue, exact reduction and the appropriate choice of internal fixation in treating open intra-articular calcaneal fracture.
