摘要 以水杨酸和乙酸酐为原料在SO42-/TiO2固体超强酸催化下合成了乙酰水杨酸。考察了催化剂的焙烧温度、反应时间、反应温度、原料配比、催化剂用量等对反应的影响以及催化剂的稳定性。确定最佳反应条件为:催化剂的焙烧温度500℃、反应温度90℃、反应时间40 min、n(乙酸酐)∶n(水杨酸)=2.0∶1、催化剂用量1.0 g,此时乙酰水杨酸的收率可达77.8%。SO42-/TiO2固体超强酸催化剂制备简单、催化活性高、重复使用性好、后处理简便、无三废污染,符合节能环保的绿色催化发展趋势。 Acetylsalicylic acid was synthesized from salicylic acid and acetic anhydride catalyzed by SO4^2-/TiO2 solid superacid. The effects of calcination temperature of catalyst, reaction temperature,reaction time, molar ratio of reactants and catalyst amount as well as stability of catalyst were discussed. The optimum condi- tions were as follows, calcination temperature of catalyst 500℃, reaction temperature 90℃ ,reaction time 40 min, n (acetic anhydride): n (salicylic acid) = 2.0:1, catalyst amount 1.0 g. Under optimum conditions, the yield of acetylsalicylic acid was 77. 8%. SO4^2-/TiO2 solid superacid catalyst had simple preparation procedure, good repeatability, high catalytical activity, convenient final treatment and non-pollution of "three wastes",in accordance with development tendency of energy saving and environment protection as well as green catalysis.
