毒鼠强中毒患者血清和脑脊液NSE、S-100β、CK-BB的变化 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨急性毒鼠强中毒患者血清和脑脊液(CSF)中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S-100β蛋白(S-100β)、磷酸肌酸激酶脑型同工酶(CK-BB)水平变化及其临床意义。方法检测39例急性毒鼠强中毒患者血液和CSF中NSE、S-100β、CK-BB水平的变化,与20例对照组比较分析,并对中毒组血清和CSF中NSE、S-100β、CK-BB水平进行相关分析。结果中毒各组血清和CSF中NSE、S-100β、CK-BB的含量均显著高于对照组,且病情越严重其升高越明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),并且血液和脑脊液中NSE、S-100β、CK-BB水平的变化具有较好相关性。结论血液和脑脊液中NSE、S-100β和CK-BB水平的变化,可作为评估急性毒鼠强中毒脑组织损伤及其严重程度的临床指标。 Objective To explore the change of neuron specific enolase( NSE ) , S-100 beta protein (S-100β) and creatine kinase BB( CK-BB ) in serum and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) in the patients with acute tetramine poisoning(ACP) and its clinical significance, Methods The levels of NSE,S-100β and CK-BB in serum and CSF in'the patients with ACP and 20 normal controis were tested, The correlation analysis of the levels of NSE, S-100β and CK-BB in serum and CSF in the poisoning group were performed, Results The levels of NSE, S-100β and CK-BB in serum and CSF in the poisoning groups were significantly higher than those in control group( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ), The levels of NSE, S-100β and CK-BB in serum were positively correlated with those of CSF. Conclusions The levels of NSE, S-100β and CK-BB in serum and CSF may serve as clinical indexes of evaluating the degrees of the brain tissue damaged by the tetramine poisoning.
