社区卫生服务中心中医需求及发展策略探讨

Demand and Development Strategies of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Community Health Service Center

目的探讨社区卫生服务中心中医科门诊患者的需求及发展策略。方法对上海某社区卫生服务中心门诊患者就诊数据进行分析。结果中医科门诊人次为全科门诊的21.4%,患者平均年龄比全科门诊高3.4岁(中医科为66.9岁,全科为63.5岁)。中医科在运动系统疾病的诊疗方面具有一定优势。结论中医科存在就诊患者数量较少,占优势的病种少,对运动系统疾病的诊疗具有优势,而老年患者接受度较高。其发展策略:①发展社区适宜中医诊疗技术,在更多的领域形成中医优势项目,提高中医服务质量;②注重老年病的防治工作,运用中医特色医疗手段和养生保健技术,在社区老年人常见病的治疗和预防方面发挥更大的作用。

Objective Through the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient in a community health service center,to discuss the corresponding development strategies. Methods We analyzed the outpatient＇ s data in a community health service center in Shanghai. Results Traditional Chinese medicine out-patient attendances equaled to 21.4 percent of general out-patient attendanees. The average age of traditional Chinese medicine outpatients was 3.4 years older than general outpatients （66.9 in traditional Chinese medicine outpatient department,63.5 in general outpatient department）. There was an advantage of treating motor system disease in traditional Chinese medicine out-patient department. Conclusions The problems in traditional Chinese medicine department were few of patients and less of advantage on cure effect. But it＇ s effect on motor system disease was better than western medicine. And aged patients were apt to accept it. We bring out the following development strategies. First of all, to develop proper treatment technology of traditional Chinese medicine in community, to form more strength items of traditional Chinese medicine in more domain, and to improve traditional Chinese medicine＇ s service qualities. Second, to pay attention to the prevention and treatment of aged. Applying with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy and the technology of keeping living long and keeping fit, to play an important role in the treatment and prevention of common diseases of aged.
