高职教师职业倦怠量表的编制 被引量:3

摘要 目的:本研究旨在编制高职教师职业倦怠量表。方法:首先采取自下而上的思路对32位高职教师进行结构访谈,获得该职业领域职业倦怠的具体表现;然后结合文献研究编制量表项目,最后对山东济南、青岛和莱芜的500名高职教师施测,考察各项信效度指标。结果:①自编高职教师职业倦怠量表具有3个因子:人格解体、低成就感和情绪衰竭,但人格解体维度取代了情绪衰竭而处于核心地位。②该量表的各项效度和信度指标均达到了心理测量学要求的水平。结论:编制的高职教师职业倦怠量表具有较好的效度和信度。
