432例青年志愿者胃内螺杆菌感染情况调查

INVESTIGATION OF THE HELICOBACTER INFECTION IN 432 CASES OF YOUNG SOLDIERS

目的了解我军青年人群中螺杆菌感染情况，评价其与胃部病变的关系。方法对解放军某部４３２例青年官兵胃内幽门螺杆菌（Ｈｐ）和人胃螺杆菌（Ｈｈ）感染情况进行胃镜普查，细菌学筛检主要应用活检组织涂片革兰氏染色及组织切片Ｗ－Ｓ银染技术。结果Ｈｐ感染率为５２３％（２２６／４３２），Ｈｈ为１８５％（８／４３２），相关分析发现：Ｈｐ与十二脂肠球部溃疡、糜烂性胃炎及红斑渗出性胃炎密切相关，而Ｈｈ致病性较弱，主要引起轻度红斑渗出性胃炎。结论幽门螺杆菌是健康人群慢性上消化道疾病发生的病原菌，而Ｈｈ在我国南方的检出率高于国外报道。

Aim:helicobacter infection including H.pylori(Hp)and H.heilmannii (Hh)in 432 cases of young soldiers were investigated in this study.Methods:Gram staining of biopsy smears and Warthin Starry silver staining of histological slides were used under gastroscopic screening.Results:226 cases of Hp infection (52.3%)and 8 cases of Hh infection (1.85%) were found in these volunteers.Correlative analysis suggested Hp infection was correlated with the genesis of duodenal ulcer,erosive gastritis and erythematic exudative gastritis,but Hh infection only caused mild erythematic exludative gastritis.Conclusion:Hp infection is the pathogen of chronic upper digestive diseases and Hh infectious rate in southern China in higher than that reported abroad.
