摘要
利用幽门螺杆菌具有高活性尿素酶分解尿素的特性作13C-尿素呼气试验检测胃十二指肠疾病60例,随机分为3组,每组20例,分别用13C尿素100mg、50mg和25mg进行检测,结果均可判断HP感染,三者无明显差别。60例中HP阳性37例,HP阴性23例。同时,作胃镜活检组织切片、快速尿素酶试验和培养。计算出13C尿素呼气试验的敏感性100%,特异性为95.8%。我们认为用13C-尿素25mg或0.5mg/kg作呼气试验效果良好,可大大减少成本费的开支。本法系简单非侵入性检测HP感染的好方法。
Depending on the character for the Helicobacter pylori (Hp) to decompose the urea by its endogenous urease,we have daveloped a 13C-urea breath test for the detection o f gastroduodenal disease in 60 patients.They were randomly divided into 3 groups,each group consist of 20 patients,using 100mg、50mg and 25mg of 13C-urea was carried out.The results show that there was not significantly difference.There were 37 Hp positive and 23 Hp negative patients in the study.Also,we compared the diagnostic results from 13C-urea breath test with those from histoly,rapid urease test and culture.Sensitivity and specificity of 13C-UBT were 100% and 95.8%,respectively,We recommended 25mg or 0.5mg/kg of 13C-urea for detection of Hp infection in the stomach and thus the cost is decreased.We conclude that 13C-urea breath test is a simple noninvasive method for diagnosis Hp infection,for the evaluation of new therapeutic concepts and is well suited for epidemiological studies in the general population.
