我国煤炭资源主要产地与主要消费地区逆向分布,全国几乎一半的原煤由只占全国煤矿企业总数8.5%的国有煤矿生产。其中,储量占全国总储量1/3的51家国有大型企业原煤产量占到全国总产量的41%。51家主要煤炭企业储量与产量大小分布基本一致,与全国煤炭资源的分布也大体一致。积极培育大型煤炭企业集团,构建煤炭产业联盟,建设高产高效的现代化矿井,实现煤炭高效集约化生产有利于提高我国煤炭产业的竞争力。

Almost half of the national raw coal is produced by the state-owned coal mine which only accounts for 8.5% of the total number of coal mine enterprises.The 51 large state-owned enter- prises,which reserves constitute 1/3 of the nation's total,make up 41% of the national total raw coal output.The distribution of re- serves and output of 51 major coal enterprises is basically consist- ent;and it is generally consistent with the distribution of the nation- al coal resources.The paper points out that in order to raise China' s coal industry's competitiveness,we should actively cultivate large coal enterprise groups,build coal industry alliance,construct high -yield and cost-effective of modern mine,realize efficient and intensive production of coal.
