建设资源节约型社会,必须树立资源忧患意识和危机理念,认识到节约是一种社会责任,节约是降低成本、增加社会财富的重要途径,确立以"尊重"为核心价值理念,突出节约的精神价值与时代内涵,营造全社会崇俭抑奢的氛围,树立从青少年抓起的理念,将节约道德教育有意识地渗透到世界观、人生观和价值观的教育中,引导青少年逐渐养成良好的节约道德行为。

Building a conservation-minded society,we must foster awareness of unexpected development and crisis concept with regard to resources;recognize that conservation is a social responsibility, and it is an important way to reduce costs and increase the wealth of society.The paper goes on to discuss that we should establish a'respect'for the core values and ideals;give prominence to spiritual values and connotations of the times;and create atmosphere of ad- vocating industry and thrift and restrain extravagant of the whole so- ciety;lead the youngsters gradually to form a good saving ethical conduct.
