摘要
NZ-15米浓缩机自动提落耙装置因其部分结构的不近合理,给现场安装,调试带来不便,严重时还会损坏设备,给生产带来影响。为此对其主传动轴、行程控制器进行了结构改进,将原有的整轴分体,使自动提落耙装置不随主蜗轮回转;以转矩测定触点开关行程控制器取代了原有的水银开关控制器,同时增设了提落耙移动极限位置的超限开关。改进后的设备结构紧凑,便于现场安装、操作及维修且加强了设备工作的可靠性。
For some structural disadvantages of automatic lift -drop harrow setting of NZ - 15 meter thickener, it is very inconvenient to fix and debug the machine in the worksite, sometimes may even damage it. To solve the problem, some changes about the main transmission shaft and the journey controller have been made. The main transmission shaft was separated, by which the automatic lift - drop harrow setting did not revolve with the main worm wheel. The original mercury switch controller was replaced by a journey controller with a switch for torque measurement. Besides, an overrun switch to control the extreme position of the automatic lift - drop harrow setting was added. By these changes, the structure of the setting is more compact and easier to fix, operate and maintain. Its reliability was also improved.
