摘要
传统的ESP研究大多侧重于诸如广告英语、法律英语等点文体。然而在教学研究中,我们经常会遇到需要对语言连续体文体进行分析的情况,特别是为了更好地加强大学阶段英语教师和学生对课本的理解和学习,我们需要勾划出大学课本英语的整个发展轨迹而不是单个的点。文章的目的就是要通过对大学课本英语的文体分析,探索一条对语言连续体进行文体分析的有效途径。
The traditional ESP research usually studies However, we often come across the circumstances when point varieties like advertising English, law English etc. language continuums need to be analyzed. For example, in order to facilitate both teachers'and students'understanding of college English textbook, we need to work out the locus of all the English appearing from the first year for non-majors to the fourth year textbook for majors. The aim of this paper is to explore a way to study language continuum through the analysis of college textbook English.
