关于太原市体育社团管理现状的调查与研究

A Study on the Management System and Movement Mechanism of Taiyuan Sports Associations

以辩证唯物主义为指导,以社会转型为背景,以太原市体育社团为研究对象,运用文献法、问卷调查法、深度访谈法等研究方法,对太原市体育社团管理现状进行全面调研,并从非营利组织以及公共产品供给的视角,借鉴有关体育组织的理论与研究经验,对太原市体育社团的管理体制、运行机制进行了研究分析。结论:太原市体育社团运行动力不足、行政色彩浓厚,独立发展能力差、经费缺乏、筹资能力欠缺、法规政策欠缺、监督机制不完善等,在此基础上提出相关建议。

The paper investgates the management situation of the sorts associations of Taiyuan through leteratures, questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, during which dialectical materialism being as the guide, and social transformation being as the background. The management system and Operational mechanism of Taiyuan sports associations are analyzed in the view of non-profit organizations, the supply of public goods, and the theory and research experience on Sports organizations. It＇s concluded that sports associations operating of Taiyuan lack of motivation and administrative flavor, lack of the independent development ability, financing capacity, regulations and policies and imperfect mechanism.
