摘要
目的:从伦理学方面讨论活体肝移植的危险性与获益的平衡问题。方法:供者自愿,医务人员不对供者施加任何压力,术前对供者经过严格地体检和心理学评估。结果:8例活体肝移值,供者男4例,女4例,年龄18~46岁,无手术死亡和严重并发症。受者均为末期阶段肝病患者,肝移值后,全部存活。结论:现代手术技术已使肝切除的危险性很小,成功的活体肝移植将供者主要在心理方面受益。
Aim:To discuss the ethical issue of live donation for liver transplantation on the balance of risks and benifits.Method:The donations were initiated by donors themselves and medical satff had not exerted any pressure on them for donation.Careful examination and psychological assessment for the donors had to be done befor operation.Results:The donors included four males and four females with ages ranged from eighteen to fourtysix years old.There were no operative death and severe complications.All the recipients were endstaged liver disease and they all survived after operation.Conclusion:Current operative technique makes very lower risk for hepatectomy .Successful live donation for liver transplantation benefited psychologocally to the donor and created a new life to the recipients.
