摘要 研究了PP对HDPE性能的影响,随着PP用量增加,HDPE的熔体流动速率提高,冲击强度下降,PP含量为25%时,拉伸强度提高10%。三元乙丙共聚物可作为相容剂,改善HDPE/PP间的相容性,EPDM含量为8份时,能同时提高共混物的拉伸强度和冲击强度,当HDPE/PP/EPDM的质量比为77/23/8时,HDPE/PP/EPDM共混体系的综合性能较好。 The blends of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP) compatibilized with compatibilizer were investigated through analysis of the mechanical and melt flow properties. The results show that PP has been found to improves the melt flow rate and reduces the impact strength of HDPE.When PP content is 25% ,tensile strength increased by 10% compared with pure HDPE. The compatibility of HDPE/PP blend can be improved by the addition of ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer (EPDM) compatibilizer. When EPDM content is 8 phr, both tensile strength and impact strength of the blend were increased, and the optimum comprehensive properties were obtained at the blending ratio of 77/23/8 of HDPE / PP/EPDM.
