石南31联合站往复式压缩机机体及放空管线减振技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对石南31联合站往复式压缩机机体及放空管线的振动监测,分析了振动产生的原因,提出了相应的解决措施:对于压缩机机体的振动,采取压缩缸槽钢支撑板上焊接加强板的措施;对于放空管线的振动,采取更换放空管线位置和降低管线高度的措施。改造后振动监测数据证明,减振措施效果显著,值得在相关领域推广应用。 By monitoring the vibration of the reciprocating compressor units and exhausting pipeline in Shinan 31 oil-gas processing station, the causes of vibration were analyzed and corresponding measures were proposed: for compressor units, the solution of antivibration was welding strengthening board on the channel steel support plate of compression cylinders; for exhausting pipeline, solution of antivibration was changing position of exhausting pipeline as well as lowering pipeline. After these transformation, vibration monitoring data showed that the effect of antivibration measures was significant and the measures should be promoted in the related fields.
