摘要
介绍了深溪沟在特有的自然恶劣施工环境下,从安全管理实践中提炼形成了特有的"抓重点、抓源头、抓体系、抓思想、抓落实"的"五抓"安全管理模式,阐述了深溪沟工程顺利实现自2006年4月12日正式开工以来至今安全零事故目标的成功经验,可供类似工程参考借鉴。
This paper presents a unique ＂five grasping＂ safety management type that Shenxigou hydropower formed from the practices in the sever natural environment, which is ＂grasping the focus, sources, system, thinking and implementation＂, described Shenxigou Hydropower smoothly reach the goal of successful experience since April 12th, 2006. It also started formally reference for similar projects.
