贯彻十七大精神,高等学校必须以创新精神引领学校建设中的各方面和各环节,不断深化改革,更新教育观念,调整专业设置,改革教学内容,创新教学模式,为人力资源强国建设作出应有贡献。

To implement the spirit of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC）, universities should guide the work of all aspects in the construction of universities with creative spirit, deepen the reform, renew educational concept, readjust the setup of specialties, invent new teaching mode, and contribute to the building of powerful country with human resources.
