摘要
现代企业理论把企业看作是一个生命的有机体,从其创业到衰退的过程中,有着完整的生命周期。企业在不同的生命时期有不同的矛盾和特点,这就决定了其对人力资源的需求也不同,企业应据此制定不同的人力资源规划,以适应企业的发展战略。
The modern enterprise theory regards the enterprises as life-organism. There is an entire life-cycle for enterprise from starting a business to its declining. Enterprises have different contradictions and characteristics in the different time of llfe-cycle, which determines that there are different demands for human resources of enterprises. Enterprises should make different human resource plans according to their features in different time of life-cycle, to correspond with enterprises' development strategy.
