高技术在军事领域的广泛应用,引发世界范围内新军事变革。这就要求高校国防教育要与时俱进,积极录求新途径:发挥国防教育阵地的育人功能、国防节日的教育功能、典型教育的示范功能、校园宣传载体的传播功能、国防类学生社团的自我教育功能、开展丰富多彩的国防活动和国防教育双语教学及建立激励机制,增强教育效果。

The wide application of high technology in military field has caused another military revolution all over the world, which brings forward new demands for the modem construction of national defense of our country and makes new changes of the contents of national defense education in universities. As a result, universities should seek new means positively： give full play to the eight functions mentioned in the paper.
