摘要
介绍了山东某选煤厂构建工业企业网并升级自动化监控系统的技术改造实施过程,充分考虑原厂的构成现状——全厂采用了多家PLC所组成的多个独立的控制系统,为了把所有的系统集成为全厂统一调度和管理的信息系统,给工厂建立了连接到工业现场总线的信息网络,并选用世界知名的iFIX组态软件来升级监控系统,为工厂设计了合适的信息管理系统,并为工业企业网的安全问题设计了网络隔离方法.
This paper introduced the industrial enterprise networks was constructed and the automatic monitoring system was upgraded in a coal preparation plant of Shandong province, considering the original status of the enterprise with a number of isolated control systems using various the PLC. In order to integrate all isolated systems the enterprise information networks based on industrial field bus was setup, the monitor system was upgraded with world＇s leading iFIX configuration software. Besides the appropriate information management system with network security was designed for the plant.
