Analyzing Status of Treatment of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Chronic Functional Constipation

目的:探讨针灸治疗慢性功能性便秘(CFC)的规律。方法:对近10年针灸治疗CFC的中文文献资料进行整理分析。结果:现有的临床研究缺乏统一公认的适应症、取穴、操作方法;针灸可以治疗各个类型的CFC,穴位和操作方法需根据病变类型和病情来选择。结论:针灸治疗CFC安全、有效,需深化取穴规律、针刺规律等技术规范化的研究。

Objective ： Discussing the regular pattern of the treatment-of acupuncture and moxibustion on CFC. Methods ： Collecting and analyzing the Chinese documents about the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion on CFC in the latest 10 years. Results ： The existing clinic researches lack uification and recognition on the indication, points selecting, operating, and each type can be treated by acupuncture and moxibustion, and the points and operations change along with the type and condition and condition of the disease. Conclusions ： It is safe and effective to treat CFC by acupuncture and moxibustion, which need deepen research on the standardization points selecting and operating skill.
