对于Hoffa骨折,临床少见,诊断困难,常会漏诊。Hoffa骨折采用保守疗法,易产生移位,因此,临床上常采用手术疗法,对其诊断及手术治疗方法进行叙述。

Hoffa bone fracture is few clinically, and its＇ diagnosis is difficuh, so could be missed diagnosis in common. Conservative treatment generates shifting usually, so we adopt operative treatment. The diagnosis and the method of operation of Hoffa bone fracture is described as follow.
