推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Research on Tuina Therapy in Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的:观察推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,随机分成观察组和对照组。对照组采用腰椎牵引治疗,每日1次;观察组采用推拿手法治疗,隔日1次,两组均治疗1个月,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组临床疗效判定优17例,良9例,可3例,差1例;对照组优11例,良6例,可9例,差4例,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:推拿方法是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。

Objective：To observe clinical effect of Tuina therapy on Lubar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion（LIDP） .Method：A total of 60 patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion were randomized into control group and observasition group.30 patients in each group .The patients in control group receive the lumbar traction therapy once a day.And the patients in observasition group receive Tuina therapy every other day.Both treatment processes of the two groups are one months.At the end of the teatment processes,clinical effects of the two therapies on the patients with Lubar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion（LIDP） will be assessed. Result：After the assessment of the two therapies it shows that in observation group the clinical effects are excellent on 17 patients fine on 9 patiants approved on 3 patients and negative on 1 patient while excellent on 11 patients fine on 6 patients approved on 9 patients negative on 4 patients in contral group. Significant difference is indicated on the comparing of the clinical effects of the two groups（ P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Tuinatherapy is a efficient therapy on the treatment of Lubar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion （LIDP）.
