脑血管意外偏瘫患者早期康复护理刍议

Talk about early Rehabilitation Nursing for Hemiplegic Patients of Cerebral Accident

目的:观察早期康复护理对脑血管意外偏瘫患者功能预后及生活质量的影响。方法:将146例脑血管意外偏瘫患者随机分为康复护理组76例与对照组70例,康复护理组进行肢体、心理的康复护理,对照组只接受基础治疗。结果:治疗前两组MBI无显著差异(P>0.05),出院时两组均较入选时明显改善(P<0.01),早期康复护理组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康复护理的早期介入,极大程度的提高了患者的生活能力和生活质量。

Objective： To observe the influence of prognosis and quality of life for the hemipleglcpatient of cerebral accident who accepted early rehabilitation nursing. Method 146 cases were divided intorehabilitation nursin,g group 76 cases and control group 70 cases an radom. Rehabilitation nursing groupcarried out extremiti＂ s arid psychic rehabilitation nursing, and control group accepted elementary treatment only. Results MBI of the two groups have no significant deviation pretherapy （ P〉0.05 ）, both of them improve obviously when leaved hospital compared to before （P〈0.01）, early rehabilitation nursing group improved more obviously than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervene as early as possible, should increase the viability＂ and quality of life of the patients enormously.
