Analysis on Content of Polysaccharides of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata

目的：对熟地黄总多糖含量测定方法进行研究，测定并比较不同商品地熟地黄总多糖含量。方法：分光光度法。结果：10个不同商品地的熟地黄总多糖含量在0．98％-5．09％。结论：不同商品地熟地黄总多糖含量存在差异。

Objective ：To study the method＇for determinationof the Radix Rehmanniae Preparata polysaccharide content and compare the polysaccharide content in Radix Rehmanniae Preparata from different habitats.Methods： Phenol- sulfuric acid colorimetry and spectrophotometry were used. Resu Its： The polysaccharide content of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata in different habitats are in 0.98%-5.09% .Conclusion ： The polysaccharide content of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata in different habitats are obviously different.
