摘要
用电导法研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)与阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠的包结作用.研究表明:十二烷基硫酸钠与β-CD形成包结物,当体系中β-CD浓度增加时十二烷基硫酸钠的表观临界胶束浓度(cmc*)增加,实验体系的表观临界胶束浓度(cmc*)与β-CD浓度呈良好的线性关系.用旋光法测得十二烷基硫酸钠与β-CD可以形成摩尔比为1∶1型的稳定包结物.
The inclusion complex of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) with C12H25NaSO4 in aqueous solution was studied using conductance method. The result shows that due to the formation of inclusion complex of β-CD with C12H25NaSO4, the critical micelle concentration (cmc^*)of C12H25NaSO4 is raised by increasing the concentration of β-CD . The cmc^* of the experimental systems varies linearly with the concentration of β-CD. It has been also determined by polarimetry that the inclusion complexes of β-CD with C12H25NaSO4 are mainly of 1:1 (mol radio) type.
