教学工作是大学培养人才的主要途径,是高校工作的中心任务。文章提出在遵循教育教学规律,深化教学改革,树立科学的教育理念,因材施教、强化基础,并充分发挥学生的主体性等方面组织教学,以有效地培养大学生,使之成人成才。

Teaching is the main mean of universities to foster talents, which is a basic assignment of colleges and universities. The article advances that teaching should be organized in such aspects as following the law of education, deepening the teaching reform, establishing scientific education view, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, strengthening basis, and bring their initiative into full play, for effectively fostering the college students to grow healthily and become talents.
