浅析病人心理状态对纤支镜检查的影响及对策

The Analysis of Psychology influencing in Patients with Bronchoscopy and Countermeasure

临床观察分析486例纤支镜检查病人的心理状态显示；43％的病人在检查前有较严重的焦虑心理，13％的病人在检查中有惊恐心理，这两种心理均影响了临床纤支镜检查的正常进行。本文结合临床工作实际对运用心理学方法解决这些问题进行了初步探讨。

The clinical observing and analysis of 486 patients with bronchoscopy showedthat 43% patients had sevious anxiety mind before examination, 13% patients had panicmind. They had influenced the normal bronchoscopy. In this study we discussed to take ad－vantage of psychological ways to resotve those problem.
