摘要
教师的发展是一个连续的动态的纵贯整个职业生涯的过程。通过对高等职业英语教师专业发展的探讨,研究高职英语教师专业的发展趋势,提高高等职业英语教师的专业素质,更好地促进他们的专业发展,有效提高高职英语教学质量。
Teachers development goes throughout their career continuously. Teachers specialization is a key part of teachers comprehensive quality. In 21st century higher vocational English teaching meets new opportunities and challenges. The thesis tries to explore the trend on the professional development of English teachers to im- prove the quality of English teaching.
