摘要
本文探讨了采用工业甲醇、乙醇两种有机溶剂,对丹参中丹参酮进行提取,并利用薄层层析法对丹参酮的有效成份丹参酮ⅡA、丹参酮Ⅰ进行分离与鉴定.该方法的优点在于简便易行,得率较高,分离效果好,适合用于化学实验教学中。
The research involves applying two sorts of organic solvents-methanol and ethanol to extract tanshinone in tanshin, and isolating and detecting the effective components-tanshinone II A and tanshinone by thin-layer chromatography. The merit of the approach lies in convenience, high yield rate, satisfactory isolating effect, and the method is well suited to chemistry experiment teaching.
