通过对当今女子中长跑的比赛特点的对比分析,揭示我国女子中长跑目前训练中存在的问题:训练的指导思想存在一定的误差,运动员的速度及适应速度变化能力不强,同时对我国女子中长跑的训练提出合理性建议。

Based on the contrast the training and competition characteristics of woman middle-long distance running nowadays, this paper reveals and discusses some problems that encountered in the process of training. The result shows： The training guiding ideology exists the certain error margin; the speed and the orientation speed of the athlete changes the ability not strong; at the same time, suggestions to the woman middle-long distance in the training are put forward.
