复方松针提取液对小白鼠肝损伤保护作用的研究

Study of Protective Effect of Complex Pineneedie Extract on Hepatic Injury of Rats

目的观察复方松针提取液对小白鼠肝损伤的保护作用.方法分别以四氯化碳和醋氨酚造成小鼠急性损伤模型,用赖氏法测定小鼠血清SALT活力并观察醋氨酚中毒对小鼠生存率的影响.结果复方松针提取液能降低小白鼠SALT水平并显著提高醋氨酚中毒小鼠的生存率.结论复方松针提取液具有明显的保肝作用。

Objective To survey the protection of complex Pineneedie extract on hepatic injury of mice. Method Forming an acute hepatic injury model of mice by using carbon tetraehloride （CC14） and aeetaminophen （AAP）,measuring the activity of the serum alanine （SALT） of mice by Reitman-Franekel＇s method and the survival rate of mice responsing to AAP poisoning was also observed. Result Complex Pineneedie extract can reduce SALT activity of mice,and can effectively increase the survival rate of mice responsing to AAP poisoning. Conclusion Complex Pineneedie extract has an effective action to protect hepatic injury.
