摘要
利用ADAMS/Car整车设计软件包建立了该悬架系统动力学模型,选取"两侧车轮同向跳动"工况进行仿真,在ADAMS/PostProcessor后处理模块中分析了车轮上下跳动过程中参数变化对悬架性能的影响,总结出该型车设计中存在的缺陷,优化了不符合设计要求的参数,使前束角、主销内倾角及转向角达到理想值。研究结果表明:利用Adam s/Car预测悬架性能简洁、方便且经济,仿真结果可用于指导悬架设计和参数优化。
Introduced the structure characteristic of a front macpherson suspension system of some typical vehicle,built the dynamic model of the suspension system by using the full-wehicle design software package ADAMS/ Car, simulated the front suspension with the case of" parallel wheel travel", analyzed the influence of parameters variation on suspension' s performance when wheels jumping up and down under ADAMS/postprocessor, summed up the design bugs, optimized the parameters falling short of the design requirements to make the toe angle, the kingpin inclination angle and the steering angle meet the ideal values. The study indicates that it is simple, conven- ient and economic to predic susupension' s performance with adams/car and the simulation results can be used to guide suspension design and parameters optimization.
