摘要 通过分析磨齿机圆柱凸轮数控加工的特点,制定了磨齿机圆柱凸轮数控加工工艺,建立了磨齿机圆柱凸轮数控加工计算模型,并设计出了磨齿机圆柱凸轮槽通用数控加工宏程序。该程序简练实用,通用性强,对于不同尺寸的磨齿机圆柱凸轮槽或是使用不同尺寸的刀具,只需输入不同参数便可调用,实现了磨齿机圆柱凸轮数控加工程序完全参数化设计。采用此程序加工的凸轮槽符合使用要求,凸轮槽与圆锥滚子从动件配合良好,运动平稳,无卡壳现象,达到了设计要求。 By analyzing the characteristics of gear grinding machine column cam numerical control processing, the text worked out the technology and established the mathematic model for program designing. On this foundation, this paper put forward a general NC program for column cam numerical control processing. With simple in using and suiting for many kinds of column cam numerical control processing, this program could be used by inputting the different parameters of column cam numerical control processing, such as the different measure cutter and the different measure column cam path etc. The use of this procedure for processing the column cam slot can meet the usage request; The column cam slot and the cone roller the good match, steady movement and no jamming phenomenon has met the design requirements.
