摘要 电主轴的发热问题是制约电主轴发展的重要因素,文章采用红外测温方法对电主轴的轴心温度进行检测,通过检测的温度值、电主轴转速、运行时间等参数建立温度预测模型,对电主轴温升及其故障进行预测和提前报警,达到延长电主轴寿命,防止轴承烧伤的目的,对电主轴的安全运行起到非常重要的作用。最后通过提出确实有效的降低电主轴温升、减少主轴热变形的方法,为电主轴的发展开辟了新的思路。 The heating problem of motorized spindle is the important factor which restricts the development of motorized spindle. The article uses the infrared temperature measurement method to carry out the examination of the motorized spindle axle center temperature. Through the measured temperature value, motorized spindle rotational speed, running time and so on the temperature forecast models are established to forecast and advance warning the temperature rise and the breakdown of motorized spindle for extending the life of motorized spindle and preventing the bearing burn. It is very important to the safe operation of motorized spindle. At last, the truly effective measures to reduce the heat and thermal deformation of the motorized spindle are brought forward, which opened the new mentality for the development of motorized spindle.
