摘要
利用密闭爆发器测试系统对B/KNO3药柱的燃烧速度进行了研究,结果表明:B/KNO3药柱的线燃烧速度主要受药柱密度的影响,密度较小,线燃烧速度较快;药柱尺寸主要影响产物生成速率,并最终影响B/KNO3药柱燃烧的压力-时间曲线。另外,研究还发现本文中B/KNO3的线燃烧速度并不服从简单的指数燃烧定律,宜采用分段函数的形式进行描述。压力低于7MPa时,线燃烧速度随压力线性增加;而压力为7~50MPa时,线燃烧速度基本上不随压力变化。
The closed bomb test system was used to investigate the burning rate of B/KNO3. Results show that the linear burning rate increases as the pellet density decreases, and the product formation rate of B/KNO3 , which affects pressure-time curves, is significantly affected by the pellet size. Additionally, the linear burning rate B/KNO3 is not consistent with single exponent equation, and can be expressed with step-wise function. Below 7 MPa, the linear burning rate is proportional to pressure. But as pressure higher than 7 MPa and lower than 50 MPa, the linear burning rate does not change with pressure.
